Applies to all hemp-derived cannabinoid products sold by Voluntary Exchange LLC


Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays)

  • Most orders ship within 1–3 business days

  • High-volume drops or weather delays may extend processing times

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships

We do not guarantee delivery dates. Once a package leaves our facility, it is the responsibility of the carrier.


Shipping Restrictions

Due to rapidly changing state and local laws, we may not be able to ship certain hemp-derived cannabinoids to all states. If your order contains products restricted in your jurisdiction, it may be:

  • Modified (restricted items removed)

  • Cancelled and refunded

  • Returned by carrier

It is your responsibility to understand your local laws before ordering. No refunds are issued for shipments seized or rejected by authorities.


Adult Signature Requirement

Some orders may require adult signature upon delivery to verify age compliance (21+). If the carrier is unable to obtain a signature, you may be responsible for rescheduling delivery or picking up the order.


Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Incomplete address

  • Recipient unavailable

  • Refusal of delivery

You may be responsible for additional shipping fees. Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a tracking number is provided and a carrier accepts the package, Voluntary Exchange LLC is not liable for:

  • Lost packages

  • Theft after delivery

  • Carrier delays

  • Mis-scans

  • Weather-related delays

Claims must be filed directly with the carrier.


Return & Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the consumable nature of hemp products and federal regulations, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened products

  • Used products

  • Consumables (flower, edibles, pre-rolls, concentrates, tinctures, vapes)

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Packages seized or rejected due to local laws

No refunds are issued based on personal preference, potency expectations, taste, or effects. Hemp affects everyone differently.


Order Errors / Wrong Item Sent

If we send the wrong product, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with:

  1. Order number

  2. Photos of the incorrect product

  3. Unopened packaging

Eligible claims receive a replacement or store credit at our discretion.


Damaged Items Upon Arrival

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours with:

  • Photos of the damage

  • Packaging photos

  • Order number

We will determine eligibility for replacement. Carrier damage is not guaranteed for replacement.


Refused, Rejected, or Returned Packages

Packages returned due to:

  • Undeliverable address

  • Customer refusal

  • Failure to sign

  • State restrictions

  • Carrier rejection

are not eligible for refund. Shipping fees and return costs are the buyer’s responsibility.


Chargebacks / Payment Disputes

Filing false chargebacks or disputes for legally delivered product will result in:

  • Permanent account ban

  • Submission of evidence to the payment processor

  • Legal pursuit if necessary

We track IP addresses, purchase logs, carrier confirmation, and signature records.
