Federal Hemp Compliance Statement

All products sold by Voluntary Exchange LLC are derived from industrial hemp grown in accordance with the Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018 (2018 Farm Bill). Each product contains less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight, making them federally legal under U.S. law.

All hemp products are third-party lab tested, and Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available for review on each product page. These tests verify cannabinoid potency, terpene content, and compliance with federal limits on Delta-9 THC.
